Welsh Ponies Section B

All Tyrcanol Section Bs trace back to the legendary Solway Master Bronze. In the 1970s we sent mares to him in the South of England, and the foals included the palomino stallion Tyrcanol Master Stephen, and Tyrcanol Suzie-Bronze, whose daughter Tyrcanol Josephine (by Colbeach Bonaparte, a son of Downland Romance) proved to be one of our most successful broodmares. Master Stephen is the sire or grand-sire of most of our best Broodmares, including Josephine's daughters Tyrcanol Eurydice and Tyrcanol RhineMaiden, Tyrcanol Semiramis (dam Tyrcanol Suzie-Bronze)  and the champion Tyrcanol Bellamira (dam Abercrychan Belinda).

In 2008 we are expecting foals by Cottrell Royal Consort, by the black stallion Cadlan Valley Replica, and by the very exciting young stallions Tyrcanol Orlando and Tyrcanol Rameses, whose first foals will be born this year. Orlando and Rameses are full-brothers, being  sons of the supreme champion Eyarth Rio and Tyrcanol RhineMaiden, one of our very best broodmares.

Tyrcanol Adam Section B gelding (Tyrcanol Shcharansky / Elphicks Adeline).  A champion at the highest level in Britain in dressage, as a Show Hunter Pony and as a section B under saddle.

Tyrcanol Elijah

(sire Cottrell Royal Consort, dam Tyrcanol Eurydice) at the Royal Show 2004. Elijah's results included 2nd at the Royal Show, and 3rd at the Three Counties Show. Elijah has an exceptionally sweet temperament and we are hoping he will be shown under saddle in 2008.

 Tyrcanol Uluru

(Sire Eyarth Rio, dam Tyrcanol Rhine Maiden)  2 year old filly, photo taken in 2002. Uluru is proving to be an outstanding brood mare.
